Amir Biran, Chief Executive Officer

Amir Biran has over 17 years of executive management and international sales experience, in both start-up and publicly traded high-tech companies. From 1998 to 2003, Amir served as CEO of Viola Networks, and from 1994 to 1998 as vice president of sales for Better On-Line Solutions (NASDAQ: BOSC). Prior to that, Amir gained extensive experience managing the development, implementation and sales of ERP systems during his eight years at Elbit Systems (NASDAQ: ESLT). Amir has managed the launch of high-tech companies from the idea stage into successful business in the global market. He has a proven record of accomplishment in successful business development efforts with leading communication technology companies in numerous countries.

Martin Query, Vice President, US Sales

Martin Query has more than two decades of executive experience in the US technology sector, and five years of sales management experience in the enterprise data quality software market. Prior to joining Zoomix, he served as Vice President, North American Sales and Marketing for Informatica's DQ Division (formerly Similarity Systems), and prior to that as Senior Director, World Wide Sales and Business Development, for DataFlux. Earlier sales and account management roles included positions at NetGenesis (acquired by SPSS), Oracle, and Xerox Corporation.

Nathan Birtle, General Manager, European Operations

Nathan Birtle is an experienced senior executive, with an accomplished record launching businesses, leading a pan-European team and growing profitable business within a blue chip client base. He has a strong background of sales, marketing and general management roles in software and consulting services organizations. Nathan joined Zoomix from Arbortext, acquired by PTC (NASDAQ: PMTC), where he served from 1997 until joining Zoomix. Most recently, he served as Managing Director Europe, where he had full P&L responsibility for the company's European operations. Nathan, Arbortext's first employee in Europe, grew the company's European presence from a one-man operation to become a leader in its market. Prior to Arbortext, Nathan spent ten years in various sales and marketing positions at IBM UK and Tivoli Systems.

David Faibish, Chief Technology Officer

David Faibish brings over 25 years of experience in software development and product management, mostly in database, data warehouse and BI applications. Prior to joining Zoomix, David served as Director of Product Management in HyperRoll, where he was responsible for directing the technological development of the company's BI data aggregation software. Before joining HyperRoll, David was Group Manager of the Analytics Group at Siebel (NASDAQ: SEBL, acquired by Oracle in June 2006) where he led the architecting, design and implementation efforts of the company's Data Warehouse product and associated best practices. During his tenure with Siebel, David was awarded the Siebel Engineering Excellence Award for 2002. Prior to Siebel, David held a variety of management positions including product manager for data warehousing at Convergys (NYSE: CVG). David is a graduate of the Israel Defense Forces Computer Science Academy and headed the Computer Information Department in the Home Front Command unit.

Meir Raviv, VP Research & Development

Meir brings over 20 years of experience in software development and management to Zoomix. Prior to joining Zoomix, Meir served as Vice President of R&D and Site Manager at Illuminator, where he was responsible for all site activity, product architecture, R&D and customer support. Illuminator, which acquired by EMC in 2007, was a leading provider of enterprise application recovery audit and control software solutions. Prior to Illuminator, Meir was Vice President of R&D and General Manager at Traiana, a software company providing global banks and brokers with enterprise solutions that improve the business efficiency, where he was responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle. Prior to Traiana, Meir held variety of development management positions at Sapiens (NASDAQ: SPNS) a leading global provider of innovative business solutions that modernize business processes. Meir holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University.

Gadi Peleg, VP Professional Services

Gadi Peleg is an experienced high-tech professional, with more than 12 years experience in the telecommunications, semiconductor and information technology arenas. Prior to joining Zoomix, Gadi was Director of Customer Support and Product Deployment for PFS-TraderTools, where he worked with international banks and other large enterprises. He spent eight years with Nova Measuring Instruments (NASDAQ: NVMI), as customer account manager for multi-million dollar customer implementations in the U.S. Earlier, he worked for ECI Telecom. Gadi holds a B.Sc. in software engineering from Kennedy-Western University in the U.S.

Eran Noiman, VP Finance

Eran Noiman has over eight years of experience in financial management in the high-tech field. Prior to his position with Zoomix, Eran served for five years as Finance Manager of iPhrase (Israel), a start-up in the software field. Previously, he served as the CFO of Guardian On Board Ltd., an Israeli start-up developing miniaturized UPS products. Prior to that, Eran spent three years with the Israeli office of Ernst & Young. Eran holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
